Altoona
1. Osteoarthritis of the knee (State College & Altoona)
- Male/female; age 21 to 80
- BMI < 40
- No injections in knee for 12 weeks
- No prior total knee replacement
- No surgery planned or has had surgery within 26 weeks
2. Cartilage defects of the Femoral Condyle(Altoona & State College)
- Male or female, age 18 to 50
- Single cartilage lesion of knee
- BMI ≤ 35
3. Plantar Fasciitis (State College & Altoona)
- Age 21-80
- BMI ≤ 40
- Plantar Fasciitismore than 1 month
- Conservative treatment greater than 1 month (Rest, ICE, Compression, Exercises, stretch, NSAIDS)
- Be able to receive/respond to text, emails
- CANNOT have Diabetes
4. Moderate to severe osteoarthritis of the knee (State College & Altoona)
- Age 40 years or older
- BMI between 18.5 and 40
- Mild to moderate osteoarthritis (Grade 2 or 3)
- No injections within 2 months
- No previous surgeries within 6 months
5. Achilles Tendonitis (Altoona only)
- Age 21-80
- BMI ≤ 40
- Achilles Tendonitisfor more than 1 month
- Conservative treatment greater than 1 month (Rest, ICE, Compression, Exercises, stretch,
- NSAIDS)
- Be able to receive/respond to text, emails
- CANNOT have Diabetes
